Do you service all car brands?

Yes — we service all makes and models including European, Japanese, Korean, and American vehicles. From entry-level hatchbacks to prestige and performance cars.

Will servicing with you void my warranty?

No. Under Australian Consumer Law, you can have your vehicle serviced at any licensed workshop without voiding the manufacturer’s warranty, provided it is serviced to manufacturer specifications — which we do.

How long does a standard service take?

Most services are completed within 2–4 hours. Major services and complex repairs may take longer — we’ll always provide an estimated timeline when you book and keep you updated throughout.

Do you provide a courtesy car or pickup?

We offer a local drop-off and pickup service for vehicles within our service area. Courtesy car availability can be confirmed at the time of booking — subject to availability.

How do I know what my car actually needs?

Every vehicle receives a full digital inspection on arrival. We’ll provide a written report detailing what is due, what is recommended, and what can wait — so you can make an informed decision without any pressure.
